Resumo
Para o dimensionamento das Estruturas em betão armado, o nosso país usa a norma portuguesa (REBAB- Regulamento de Estruturas de Betão Armado e Pré-Esforçado), mas essa norma foi substituída pela norma europeia, e sendo assim importa analisar de uma forma global os novos procedimentos e implicações que terá a nova legislação europeia no dimensionamento das estruturas de Betão armado em Moçambique. É importante lembrar que o REBAP- (Regulamento de Estruturas de Betão Armado e Pré- Esforçado) é a norma portuguesa e não Moçambicana. Recentemente em 2022, Portugal deixou de usar o REBAP estando a usar EUROCODIGO (Norma europeia). A Pergunta que fica é esta: Porque o nosso país ainda está ainda a usar uma norma não mais útil no seu país de origem? O objectivo desta Monografia é de fazer uma comparação nos procedimentos de cálculo de uma estrutura de laje em betão armado e saber qual é o impacto económico que a nova legislação terá comparado ao antigo.

For the design of Reinforced Concrete Structures, our country uses the Portuguese standard (REBAB- Regulation of Reinforced and Prestressed Concrete Structures), but this standard was replaced by the European standard, and therefore it is important to analyze in a global way the new procedures and implications that the new European legislation will have in the design of reinforced concrete structures in Mozambique. It is important to remember that the REBAP- (Regulation for Reinforced and Prestressed Concrete Structures) is the Portuguese standard and not Mozambican. Recently in 2022, Portugal stopped using REBAP and is using EUROCODIGO (European Standard). The question that remains is this: Why is our country still using a standard that is no longer useful in its country of origin? The objective of this monograph is to make a comparison in the calculation procedures of a slab structure in reinforced concrete and to know what is the economic impact that the new legislation will have compared to the old one.
