Universidade Pedagógica de Maputohttps://repositorio.up.ac.mz/handle/123456789/246The teaching and learning process is a system of exchange of information between teachers and students, which must be based on the objectivity of what the student needs to learn, bearing in mind the importance that teaching has for the development of a country, the author of the present work, tries to make his contribution with the use of a digital library in the teaching and learning process, having chosen as a case study the Escola Secundária ADPP “NCV”, for the materialization of the present work, the study had the help of of the institution's employees and students who facilitated data collection, which was done with the help of the XP development methodology. At the end of the data collection process, the collected data was filtered and space was given for the development of the web platform, however, reaching the end of the development, the XAMPP platform was used as a simulator of the production environment to see its behavior in terms of performance, the tests were finished, the system was implemented, creating an account on the hosting server called TurboHost. After the implementation of the system it was found that it is being beneficial for the academic community, since the web platform came to help the way they worked previously.ptServerWeb platformteaching and learning.
